A compensation amount of 1 crore 9 lakh Pakistani rupees to a Pakistani national who was injured in a car accident.
The compensation amount of 1 crore 9 lakh Pakistani rupees (140,000 dirhams) received through the intervention of Yab Legal Services - CEO Salam Pappinissery was handed over to Muhammad Awais, a Pakistani national who was injured in a car accident in Dubai.

On November 22, 2021, Awais' pickup truck crashed into the vehicle in front of him due to not maintaining the required distance as per traffic laws within the limits of the Bur Dubai Police Station in Dubai. He sustained serious injuries in the accident and was immediately admitted to the Dubai Rashid Hospital.
Many people approached him and said that since the traffic court found Awais to be the cause of the accident, he would not be able to get compensation, and finally the case reached YAB LEGAL SERVICES CEO Salam Pappinissery. At this point, a case was filed in the Dubai Court against the vehicle's insurance company as the opposing party and seeking compensation.
His lawyer argued in court that Awais had sustained injuries all over his body and that he was in the vehicle that caused the accident, so the insurance company that insured that vehicle should pay compensation.
The insurance company filed a memorandum in response to this, and the insurance company's lawyer argued that the injury was not serious and that an amount exceeding 80,000 dirhams should not be awarded, and that compensation should be awarded only according to the injuries, examining the medical report and documents submitted by Awais's lawyer.
However, the arguments of the insurance company's lawyer could not stand up to the medical reports and documents submitted by Awais's lawyer.
The court, after observing the arguments of both parties, examined the medical report issued by the UAE Medico-Legal Department and the documents of the medical expenses and asked the insurance company to pay compensation of 140,000 dirhams, rejected the insurance company's arguments and imposed legal fees on them.
