On November 25, 2020, Bibesh's bike went out of control in Dubai's Qisas. The court found that the accident occurred due to reckless driving and released Bibesh after paying a fine of 1000 dirhams.

Subsequently, Bibesh, who suffered serious injuries in the car accident, approached many law firms to seek compensation, but when they were turned away saying that he would not receive compensation as he was at fault, he finally approached Salam Pappinissery, CEO of YAB LEGAL SERVICES and a social activist. Later, through his intervention, a case was registered against a leading insurance company in the UAE by submitting medical reports, police reports and insurance documents before the Insurance Authority. In that case, the Insurance Authority asked the insurance company to pay 60,000 dirhams in compensation.

However, according to the documents submitted, the insurance company argued that Bibesh had not suffered any significant injuries and that the amount awarded was excessive and that it should be reduced, but this argument was completely rejected due to lack of evidence.

Finally, based on the medical report submitted by Bibesh's lawyer and the proven injuries, the insurance authority ordered Bibesh to be paid 60,000 UAE dirhams, i.e. 21 lakh Nepalese rupees, and 5 percent of its legal value.
