A native of Tamil Nadu, who was injured in an accident at work, received 40,000 dirhams in compensation.

Divahar has received compensation after a year-long legal battle. On August 15, 2020, while working as a technician at an AC mechanic company in Dubai, he fell from a height and had an accident. Divahar had an accident due to the company's lack of security. In this accident, he suffered serious injuries to the bone in his left hand. However, the company was not ready to pay compensation for the injuries he suffered. Therefore, he approached Salam Pappinissery, a legal representative and social activist in the UAE, to get compensation. Later, on his advice, he filed a complaint at the BurDubai Police Station. Later, Salam Pappinissery contacted the company authorities and made arrangements to provide Divahar with the compensation he deserved, otherwise he informed them that he would approach the court for justice.

Salam Pappinissery spoke to the company officials, explaining that the fault lay with the opposing company and that it was the company's responsibility to ensure all safety measures at the scene of the incident, and therefore Divahar was entitled to compensation.

Realizing the seriousness of the incident, the company officials calculated the compensation for Divahar's injuries through a medical report and paid him forty thousand dirhams in compensation.
