Compensation of 2.5 lakh dirhams to Anarjan Nias, a Pakistani national who was injured in a car accident in Abu Dhabi.
The court has ruled to pay compensation of 2.5 lakh dirhams (i.e. 1 crore 90 lakh Pakistani rupees) to Anarjan Nias, a Pakistani national who was injured in a car accident in Abu Dhabi, through the intervention of Yab Legal Services CEO Salam Pappinissery.

On May 3, 2022, in Abu Dhabi’s Sayh Al Saddira, a vehicle driven by an Egyptian national collided with the vehicle driven by Pakistani national Anarjan Nias. Anarjan lost control of the vehicle and crashed into another vehicle. Anarjan, who was seriously injured in the accident, was admitted to Sheikh Shakhboot Hospital for treatment. The police filed a case against the Egyptian national for reckless driving and referred him to the criminal court. The court, which considered the case, fined him Dh5,000 and sentenced him to death.
Anar Jan, who was injured in the accident and had to undergo treatment for several months, approached Salam Pappinissery, CEO of Yab Legal Services in the UAE, to obtain compensation for the damages he suffered. After examining all the documents, under his leadership, he filed a petition in court against the company that insured the vehicle that caused the accident. However, the insurance company filed a memorandum in response to the petition and requested the court to dismiss the case. However, Anarjan's lawyer submitted his medical report and proved the seriousness of his accident. The court, which considered the petition, upheld Anarjan's lawyer's argument and ordered the insurance company to pay 2.5 lakh dirhams, or 1.9 million Pakistani rupees, as compensation. The opposing party approached the civil court against this verdict, but the court rejected it, citing insufficient evidence.
