On August 11, 2019, Bahadur was crossing the road in Ajman when he was hit by a car driven by a Jordanian. Bahadur, who was seriously injured in the accident, was immediately taken to the hospital for treatment. The police, who inquired about the cause of the accident, prepared an FIR and referred the case to the court. After considering the case, the court imposed a fine of two thousand dirhams and released the accused. Bahadur, who suffered permanent disability in all his organs and suffered moral and mental distress in the accident, suffered permanent disability of about 25 percent of his body and subsequently approached Salam Pappinissery, CEO of Yab Legal Service, demanding compensation for the damages he suffered. Later, under his leadership, a petition was filed in the Insurance Court. The court, which considered the petition, awarded compensation of one and a half million dirhams (approximately 50 million 45 million Nepalese rupees). However, the insurance company approached the civil court, arguing that the accident was not serious and that the amount awarded was higher. However, Bahadur's lawyer submitted a medical report against their arguments and submitted a memorandum stating that most of his client's body organs had been permanently disabled and that he would face various difficulties in the future due to this. After examining all the documents submitted by both parties, the court accepted the argument of Bahadur's lawyer and rejected the petition of the insurance court.
