The court has ordered the family of Pakistani national Salim Imtiaz, who died in a car accident in Dubai, to pay two lakh dirhams (1 crore 52 lakh Pakistani rupees) in compensation through the intervention of YAB LEGAL SERVICES CEO Salam Pappinissery.

On November 14, 2021, in Rashidiya, Dubai, a motorcycle rider, Salim Imtiaz, died on the spot after his motorcycle collided with a pickup truck. The accident was caused by Salim speeding through a red light.
Salim, 24, is the only son of his father, Imtiaz, and his wife, Surya. Therefore, his death was a great loss to the family. Many people said that since Salim was at fault, he would not receive any compensation. That is how Salim's relatives contacted YAB LEGAL SERVICES CEO Salam Pappinissery and explained the situation. Understanding the situation, he immediately started legal proceedings to obtain compensation.
A case for compensation was registered with the Insurance Authority by submitting the necessary documents such as death certificate and soul bread winner certificate. The case was registered by adding the insurance company of the vehicle that caused the accident as the opposing party. The court examined the submitted documents, considered the case and ordered to pay two hundred thousand dirhams (one crore 52 lakh Pakistani rupees) as compensation.
