On October 21, 2021, an Indian national living in Al Jurf, Ajman, was reversing his vehicle when it hit the door and wall of a nearby house where workers of the Al Amlak Real Estate Company lived. In the accident, two people were trapped under the wall and both were immediately taken to Sheikh Khalifa Hospital. However, one died and the other was seriously injured.

The criminal court, which found that the accident was caused by negligence while driving, imposed a fine of 5,000 dirhams on the driver of the vehicle and paid compensation to the deceased. However, the criminal court asked the injured person to approach the civil court for compensation.

Vishal, who was undergoing treatment for his injuries, approached Salam Pappinissery, CEO of Yab Legal Services, for compensation, and he took over the case and filed it in the insurance court. Vishal's lawyer convinced the court that his client had suffered serious injuries in the accident and that according to the medical report, many permanent disabilities could result from this accident, and demanded compensation. The court, convinced of this, forced the insurance company to pay Vishal two hundred thousand dirhams (forty-five lakh Indian rupees) in compensation.
