Case of making fake rental agreement; Malayali acquitted in Dubai through the intervention of YAB LEGAL SERVICES CEO Salam Pappinissery.

Dubai: Arun Thaichira (33), a native of Alappuzha, has been charged in a case of forging a fake rental agreement in the name of the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department to get a residential visa for his wife.
In order to get a residential visa for his wife under a common law husband, a copy of the rental agreement proving that she has the means to live is required, in addition to a passport, Emirates ID, salary certificate and employment contract. However, Arun gave them the documents and money after a typing firm in Karama informed them that they could get a visa for his wife without a rental agreement. Arun, who works as a mechanical engineer, was not aware that a residence agreement was actually mandatory.
In addition to the document that Arun had provided to get a visa, he also made a fake rental agreement in the name of the Ajman Municipality and submitted it to the Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality when the authority verified the rental agreement. Later, the prosecution questioned Arun as an accused and Arun explained the incident that had taken place and denied the charges against him. Then, when the case reached the court, Arun approached YAB LEGAL SERVICES - CEO Salam Pappinissery to prove his innocence.
Arun's lawyer approached the court with a clear memorandum of reply to prove his innocence. The memorandum submitted that Arun was not involved in this crime, that he was not aware of the fake contract, and that there was no evidence that he was intentionally involved in this crime, and that Arun should be found innocent. Subsequently, after examining the documents and arguments, the Dubai court found Arun innocent as it was not proven that he was involved in the crime.
