On November 13, 2020, while carelessly pulling out his car from the parking lot within the limits of Sharjah Sana'iyya Police Station, Bilal's bike was hit by a passing vehicle. Muhammad Bilal was seriously injured and was admitted to the hospital.

The criminal court found the driver of the car that caused the accident guilty and imposed a fine of 1500 dirhams. However, Muhammad Bilal, who suffered injuries to his head, right hand, and right knee, contacted Salam Pappinissery, CEO of YAB LEGAL SERVICES, to receive compensation.

A case was registered against the insurance company that insured the car by submitting Muhammad Bilal's medical report and other documents and demanded compensation. The Insurance Authority, after examining the documents submitted by Bilal's lawyer, ordered the car insurance company to pay 1,50,000 dirhams.

However, realizing that this compensation amount was not sufficient, Mohammed Bilal's lawyer filed a civil case with the Dubai Court, submitting documents including medical reports. The court, after examining the arguments and documents, increased the compensation amount to 2 lakh dirhams and ruled.
