On September 22, 2019, the vehicle driven by Muhammad Ali lost control and crashed into another vehicle parked at the Dubai Invest Park. Immediately after the accident, Muhammad Ali, who was seriously injured, was admitted to the Dubai Rashid Hospital.

Later, the Dubai Criminal Court fined Muhammad Ali, who caused the accident, 1000 dirhams and released him. He filed a case in the UAE Insurance Dispute Resolution Court against the insurance company of the vehicle as the opposing party and sought compensation. Muhammad Ali approached Salam Pappinissery, CEO of YAB LEGAL SERVICES in the UAE to take legal action for this.

Muhammad Ali's advocate argued in court that Muhammad Ali had sustained injuries all over his body and demanded compensation from the insurance company that insured the vehicle that caused the accident. After hearing the arguments, the court ordered the insurance company to pay compensation of 263,000 dirhams.

The insurance company approached the Dubai Civil Court against this and the insurance company's lawyer argued that the injury was not serious and that the amount was too high, and that the medical report and documents submitted by Muhammad Ali's lawyer should be reviewed and only compensation should be awarded based on the injuries.

However, the arguments of the insurance company's lawyer could not stand up to the medical reports and documents submitted by Muhammad Ali's lawyer.

After observing the arguments of both parties, the court, after observing the medical report issued by the UAE Medico-Legal Department and the documents of the medical expenses, found that the 263,000 dirhams awarded by the Insurance Dispute Resolution Court should be paid, rejected the insurance company's argument and imposed legal fees on them.
