Compensation of 400,000 dirhams to a Pakistani national who was injured in a car accident in Abu Dhabi.
The court has ordered compensation of 400,000 dirhams (30.7 million Pakistani rupees) to Faraz Ali Munawwar Hayat, a Pakistani national who was injured in a car accident in Abu Dhabi, through the intervention of Yab Legal Services CEO Salam Pappinissery.

The accident occurred when a car driven by an Emirati citizen, who did not pay attention to the traffic signal, collided with a motorcycle driven by a Pakistani national on Arabian Gulf Street in Abu Dhabi. The Pakistani national, Faraz, who was seriously injured in the impact, was immediately taken to Abu Dhabi Khalifa Hospital for treatment. The police found that the accident was caused by the Emirati citizen driving his vehicle forward despite the red light on the traffic signal. The case was referred to the court and the Emirati citizen was found guilty and released after paying a fine of 5,000 dirhams.
Faraz Ali, who was seriously injured in the accident and undergoing treatment, approached Salam Pappinissery, CEO of Yab Legal Services in the UAE, to claim compensation for the damages he suffered. Immediately, under his leadership, a petition was filed in court, making the insurance company the opposing party, and demanding compensation. The court, which considered the petition, ordered the insurance company to pay 4 lakh dirhams (i.e. 3 crore 7 lakh Pakistani rupees) to Faraz. However, the insurance company approached the civil and appellate courts, stating that the injury was not serious and that the awarded amount was higher. Against their arguments, Faraz's lawyer convincingly explained the severity of the accident and the difficulties he would face in the future due to this. The memorandum was submitted. After hearing the arguments of both parties, the court accepted the argument of Faraz's lawyer and rejected the petitions of the insurance company.
