Compensation of four lakh dirhams to Irfan Gul, a Pakistani national who was injured in a car accident near Dubai Media Production City.
The court has ordered compensation of four lakh dirhams (i.e. three crore 5 lakh Pakistani rupees) to Irfan Gul, a Pakistani national who was injured in a car accident near Dubai Media Production City, through the intervention of Yab Legal Services CEO Salam Pappinissery.

The accident occurred on December 13, 2020, on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road when a Pakistani national, Irfan Gul, was hit by a vehicle driven by a Kazakh national. In a complaint about the accident, the police realized that while Irfan Gul, a Pakistani national, was checking the damage to his vehicle after it broke down, the Kazakh national's vehicle, which was driving recklessly and at high speed, hit him. They found both parties at fault and referred the case to court. The court, which considered the case, found the Kazakh national guilty of causing bodily harm to another person and both parties guilty of causing damage to property and fined them Dh1,000.
However, Irfan, who was undergoing treatment at Park View Hospital following the accident, had to face a lot of financial and physical losses due to medical expenses and other things. To compensate for this, he approached Salam Pappinissery, CEO of Yab Legal Services in the UAE, requesting that he be provided with compensation from the insurance company. Immediately, under his leadership, he approached the insurance company and claimed for compensation. The insurance court, which considered the petition, ruled to pay 250,000 dirhams as compensation. However, Irfan's lawyer approached the civil court, stating that the amount awarded was insufficient and did not cover the losses incurred by the party. However, the civil court rejected the petition and the insurance company The court upheld the verdict. However, expressing dissatisfaction with the civil court's verdict, Irrfan's lawyer approached the appeal court and submitted a medical report showing that his client had suffered permanent disability in most of his body's organs due to the injuries he sustained in the accident. After hearing the arguments of both parties, the court accepted the argument of Irrfan's lawyer and increased the amount from 2.5 lakh dirhams to 4 lakh dirhams (i.e. 3 crore 5 lakh Pakistani rupees).
