Compensation of three lakh dirhams to Abrar Javed, a Pakistani national who was injured in a bike accident.

On November 2, 2018, Pakistani national Abrar Javed was riding a bike with his wife on a Kuwaiti road when he was hit by a car driven by an Indian national who was coming from the opposite direction. Both were seriously injured in the accident and were admitted to the Rashid Hospital in Dubai. The court had fined the Indian national 10,000 dirhams for reckless driving and causing damage to another person's property, and Abrar 2,000 dirhams for driving without a license.

However, Abrar and his wife, who were undergoing treatment for injuries, found it difficult to continue their treatment. They approached many insurance companies to get compensation for their financial and moral losses, but many turned them away, saying that they would not receive compensation because they had driven illegally.
