Compensation of three lakh dirhams to Anoop Kumar, who was injured in a car accident in Baniyas, Abu Dhabi.

On July 29, 2022, Anoop was hit while reversing his vehicle in Baniyas, Abu Dhabi. He was seriously injured in the impact and was immediately admitted to the hospital.

The court found that the accident occurred due to driving without proper traffic rules and carelessness, imposed a fine of 3,000 dirhams and released the accused.

However, as a result of the accident, Anoop suffered bleeding in his head and stomach and was fatally injured near his face and eyes. His relatives approached YAB LEGAL SERVICES CEO Salam Pappinissery to seek compensation. After learning the details of the case, legal proceedings were initiated under his leadership to obtain compensation.

The compensation case was registered by adding the driver of the vehicle that caused the accident and the insurance company that insured the vehicle as the opposing parties. The necessary documents, including the medical certificate and the criminal case judgment, were submitted to the insurance court. After examining the documents submitted, the court awarded Anoop two hundred and fifty thousand dirhams as compensation.

However, Anoop's lawyer realized that the awarded amount was insufficient and registered a case in the Dubai Civil Court, seeking an increase in the compensation amount. The Civil Court considered the case and increased the compensation amount to three hundred thousand dirhams (68 lakh Indian rupees).
