Dubai; Malayali acquitted in false complaint filed by company owner.

Dubai: Ajay Ramachandran, a Malayali, has been found guilty of a false criminal case filed by the company owner in retaliation for his failure to pay his four-month salary to the scaffolding company he works for.
Ajay had filed a complaint against the company in the Labor Court after not receiving his salary for four months. The court, after examining the documents, ruled in favor of Ajay to pay the company. In retaliation, the complaint was filed against Ajay, alleging that the company had given the company's scaffolding materials to another company and had embezzled 3,072,806 dirhams of it without the company's knowledge.
Ajay, who was in crisis over the false complaint filed against him, approached YAB LEGAL SERVICES CEO Salam Pappinissery. He took over the case and took steps to file a reply memorandum in court. Ajay's lawyer submitted the reply memorandum in the subsequent sitting. The memorandum submitted explained that the complaint filed by the company was baseless, that it was filed without evidence or documents, and that it was a false complaint filed as retaliation for filing a complaint against the company in the Labor Court.
After examining the arguments and documents, the court found that the complaint filed by the company was baseless and that Ajay was innocent and issued a verdict of acquittal.
