Family of Pakistani national, who died after his motorcycle hit an iron barrier on a sidewalk in Dubai, to get compensation of two lakh dirhams.
The court has ordered the family of Pakistani national Hamid Ishfaq, who died after his motorcycle hit an iron barrier on a sidewalk in Dubai, to pay compensation of one crore 52 lakh Pakistani rupees (two lakh dirhams) through the intervention of YAB LEGAL SERVICES CEO Salam Pappinissery.

On February 17, 2020, Hamid Ishfaq, who was riding a Unicorn bike, crashed into an iron barrier on the sidewalk due to careless driving within the limits of Rashidiya Police Station in Dubai. Hamid was seriously injured and was immediately admitted to Rashid Hospital, but his life could not be saved.
Hamid, 21, is the only son in the family. Therefore, his departure has deeply saddened his parents. Thus, Hamid's relatives approached Salam Pappinissery, CEO of YAB LEGAL SERVICES, for compensation. He took up the case and initiated legal proceedings for compensation.
The compensation case was registered by adding the insurance company of the vehicle driven by Hamid as the opposing party. After examining the documents submitted, including the death certificate and police report, the court ordered the payment of 200,000 dirhams (1.52 crore Pakistani rupees) as compensation to the family members of the deceased Hamid.
