On February 05, 2024, Intisar, who was riding his bike on the road near the iron factory in the Musaffah Industrial Area of Abu Dhabi, lost control when he reached a roundabout and overturned. The court found that the accident was due to Intisar's negligence and the Traffic Criminal Court fined him 30,000 dirhams and released him.

Subsequently, Intisar, who suffered head, spine and facial injuries in the car accident, approached YAB LEGAL SERVICES - CEO Salam Pappinissery for compensation. Later, through his intervention, a case was registered against a leading insurance company in the UAE for compensation by submitting medical reports and police reports before the Insurance Authority.

Intisar's advocate at Yab Legal Services argued before the Authority that the insurance company that insured the vehicle should pay compensation since Intisar had sustained injuries all over his body and that the serious injuries occurred while he was riding the bike he was riding. After hearing the arguments, the Authority asked the insurance company to pay compensation of 1,148,000 dirhams. However, the opposing party filed a reply memorandum, claiming that according to the documents submitted, Shihab did not suffer any major injuries and that only a meager amount should be paid to Shihab. However, the opposing party could not withstand the reply memorandum of the Yab Legal Services lawyer, who came with strong documents, including a medical report issued by the UAE Medico-Legal Department and records of medical expenses.
