On June 28, 2022, Azhar, who was riding a Pulsar bike, was hit by a car driven by a Jordanian woman within the limits of BurDubai Police Station. He was seriously injured in the impact and was immediately admitted to Rashid Hospital.

The Dubai Criminal Court found the driver guilty of speeding and reckless driving, but released him after paying a fine of Dh1,000.

The accident left Azhar Ali with a broken spine, loss of bowel control, and sexual dysfunction, which has left his life in ruins. That is how Azhar's relatives approached Salam Pappinissery, CEO of YAB LEGAL SERVIVES, and initiated the necessary steps to obtain compensation.

The compensation case was registered against the insurance company that insured the car that caused the accident and the car driver. The court, after considering Azhar's injuries from the submitted documents and other evidence, ordered Azhar to pay 8 lakh dirhams (60 million 14 lakh Pakistani rupees) in compensation for the car accident.
