Compensation of 8 lakh dirhams to Waqar Khan Muhammad Younis, who was injured in a car accident in Dubai.
The court has ordered compensation of 60.3 million Pakistani rupees (8 lakh dirhams) to Waqar Khan Muhammad Younis, who was injured in a car accident in Dubai, through the intervention of YAB LEGAL SERVICES CEO Salam Pappinissery.

On September 3, 2022, a Mitsubishi pickup truck driven by a Pakistani national hit the back of Waqar’s vehicle parked on the side of the road in Al Khail. Waqar’s friend Amir Khan was standing next to the parked vehicle. The accident resulted in serious injuries to both of them.
The court found the driver of the vehicle that hit him from behind to be negligent and ordered him to pay a fine of 3,000 dirhams. However, Waqar, who was seriously injured, did not receive any compensation. That is how Waqar’s relatives contacted Salam Pappinissery, CEO of YAB LEGAL SERVICES.
He took up the case and registered a compensation case against the insurance company of the pickup vehicle that caused the accident and submitted all the documents required for the case, such as the medical report and police report.
The registered case was considered by the insurance court and the court ruled that 8 lakh dirhams (6 crore 3 lakh Pakistani rupees) should be paid as compensation.
