Compensation of two lakh dirhams to Suhail Ashraf, a Pakistanii national who was injured in a car accident.
The court has ordered the compensation of one and a half crore Pakistani rupees (two lakh dirhams) to Suhail Ashraf, a Pakistani national who was injured in a car accident in Bur Dubai, through the intervention of YAB LEGAL SERVICES CEO Salam Pappinissery.

Suhail Ashraf, a 22-year-old delivery worker in Dubai, was involved in an accident in Bur Dubai at 10:50 pm on October 17, 2020, when a car driven by an Arab man hit Suhail’s bike. Suhail was seriously injured and was admitted to Rashidiya Hospital.
The Dubai Traffic Criminal Court found the driver of the vehicle that caused the accident guilty in a criminal case and ordered him to pay a fine of 3,000 dirhams.
In this situation, Suhail's relatives entrusted the case to Salam Pappinissery, CEO of YAB LEGAL SERVICES. Subsequently, a case was filed with the Insurance Authority, making the driver of the vehicle that caused the accident and the insurance company the opposing parties.
Suhail's advocate argued that Suhail, who suffered serious head and leg injuries following the accident, lost his memory and was suffering from problems such as headaches and dizziness, which had caused him to lose his physical fitness and also caused financial, mental, and other losses.
The court, after considering the complainant's injuries from the submitted documents and other evidence, ordered Suhail to pay compensation of two hundred thousand dirhams (one crore 52 lakh Pakistani rupees).
