Jazeela's husband left them when she was 3 months pregnant with her youngest daughter. Later, Jazeela, who had endured hardships to raise her 5 children, finally ended up in exile. After her eldest daughter got married, her debts piled up, and she chose exile as a solution to all her problems.

Jazeela arrived in Ajman on a visiting visa in January 2022 to work in a catering job. However, since the job she took was not very comfortable, she found her own way to earn a living. Although she initially progressed well, she became diabetic while struggling to support her family. Fate once again turned against Jazeela, who had been suffering physically due to the disease that had come to consume her.

Once, while working, she cut her leg with a knife. The wound, which she thought was insignificant at first, later started to fester. The pus reached half of Jazeela's foot. Then, that part had to be amputated. With this, Jaseela, who was in a physical and mental crisis, was completely isolated in the world of exile. In the meantime, her son and daughter, who came to look after her when she fell ill, were the only comfort she had. After Jaseela fell ill, her son worked in a grocery store to meet her food and other expenses. However, due to the constant leave of absence due to having to take Jaseela, who was unable to walk, to the hospital and other places, her son also lost his job. Jaseela, who had a hard time finding food and medicine, finally lost all the accommodation she had. Later, through the kindness of a kind person, Jaseela and her children got a place to lay their heads. In the meantime, her visa expired.

She was unable to leave due to the visa expiration, without further treatment and severe financial crisis. It was at this time that the issue came to YAB LEGAL SERVICES CEO Salam Pappinissery through journalist Arun Raghavan. Salam Pappinissery, who realized that Jaseela and her children had been fined a huge amount for staying in the UAE illegally after their visa expired and that they needed legal assistance to leave the country, took up the case and provided free legal assistance from Yab Legal Services. He then contacted the BLS Center to obtain an emergency certificate, waived the huge fine through legal action, and arranged out-passes with the help of Sharjah Immigration, and provided air tickets for the three people to return. Jaseela and her three children then left the country.
