Compensation of 1 million dirhams to a native of Thiruvananthapuram, who was injured in a car accident.
A Dubai court has ordered a compensation of 1 million dirhams (2.26 crore Indian rupees) to Chandraprasad Balachandran Nair, a native of Amaravila, Thiruvananthapuram, who was injured in a car accident in Abu Dhabi, through the intervention of YAB LEGAL SERVICES CEO Salam Pappinissery.

On December 6, 2021, in Abu Dhabi, a Pakistani national's car driver suddenly swerved to the right due to the negligence of the car driver and hit and injured Chandraprasad, who was walking along the road. Chandraprasad, who was seriously injured, was immediately admitted to the hospital.
The Abu Dhabi Criminal Court found that the accident was caused by careless driving without following traffic rules and fined the Pakistani national 2000 dirhams and released him. However, Chandraprasad, who suffered serious injuries to his head, chest, ribs, thighbone, and stomach, did not receive any compensation. That is how YAB LEGAL SERVICES CEO Salam Pappinissery approached. He examined the details of the case and initiated legal proceedings to obtain compensation.
Chandraprasad's lawyer filed a case in court seeking compensation by submitting the necessary documents, including medical reports, memorandums, and criminal case judgments. After examining the documents submitted, the court found Chandraprasad's injuries and ordered the vehicle's insurance company to pay 1 million dirhams as compensation. Although the opposing lawyer approached the civil court and the Supreme Court with a request to reduce the amount awarded to Chandraprasad, the verdict was still in Chandraprasad's favor.
