Compensation of 68 lakh Indian rupees to an Indian man injured in a car accident in Sharjah.
The court has ordered compensation of 68 lakh Indian rupees (three lakh dirhams) to Jaspal Singh, an Indian man injured in a car accident in Sharjah, through the intervention of YAB LEGAL SERVICES CEO Salam Pappinissery.

On June 1, 2020, an Indian man was driving a car on the Emirates Road in Sharjah when it hit a parked vehicle on Al Zubair Bridge, causing the vehicles behind it to collide one after the other. Jaspal Singh was seriously injured in the accident and was immediately taken to Sheikh Khalifa Hospital in Ajman.
The police registered a case against the driver, who was found to have driven recklessly and disregarding traffic signals and rules, and later the court found him guilty under Articles 2, 4, 1/57, and 9/10 of the Traffic Law and ordered him to pay a fine of Dh3,000.
However, Jaspal Singh, who lost his leg in the accident, did not receive any compensation. That is how YAB LEGAL SERVICES approached Salam Pappinissery, CEO, and filed the case.
Then, under his leadership, a case was filed against the insurance company and the driver of the vehicle.
Considering the loss of ability to work due to this accident, physical and mental loss, and medical expenses, the court ordered Jaspal Singh to pay three hundred thousand dirhams (68 lakh Indian rupees) and court costs.
