On October 27, 2020, Sesh, a native of Uttar Pradesh, was hit by a car driven by another Indian national while crossing the road near a family restaurant in Sharjah Industrial Area. Sesh, who was seriously injured in the accident, was immediately taken to Qasimiyya Hospital for treatment. The court found the car driver to be negligent, reckless and speeding, and imposed a fine of 3,000 dirhams and suspended his license for 4 months.

Seshen, who was undergoing treatment for injuries to all his ribs in the accident, had a medical report stating that he had a permanent disability of about 25 percent. Seshen approached Salam Pappinissery, CEO of Yab Legal Service, demanding compensation for the loss he suffered due to the accident, and then filed a case with the insurance court under his leadership. The court, which considered the petition, awarded five lakh dirhams (i.e. one crore 13 lakh Indian rupees) in compensation. However, the insurance company approached the civil and appellate courts, arguing that the accident was not serious and that the amount awarded was higher, but Seshen's lawyer opposed their arguments by presenting the medical report. He submitted a memorandum stating that most of his client's body organs have been permanently disabled and that he will face various difficulties in the future due to this. After examining all the documents submitted by both the parties, the court accepted the argument of Sesh's lawyer and dismissed the insurance court's case.
