Compensation of four lakh dirhams to a Pakistani national who was injured in a car accident in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.
The court has ordered compensation of four lakh dirhams (3.7 crore Pakistani rupees) to Abdul Ghaffar, a Pakistani national who was injured in a car accident in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, through the intervention of Yab Legal Services CEO Salam Pappinissery.
ROAD ACCIDENT

The accident occurred on September 17, 2019, when a bicycle driven by a Pakistani national, Abdul Ghaffar, was hit by a car driven by another Pakistani national. Abdul Ghaffar was seriously injured in the impact of the lightning and was immediately taken to the hospital for treatment. Following Abdul Ghaffar's complaint, the police registered a case and charged him with reckless driving and causing damage to another person's property. The police referred the case to the court. The court found the accused guilty and fined him Dh7,000 and released him.
However, Abdul Ghafoor, who was undergoing treatment for serious injuries, approached Salam Pappinissery, CEO of Yab Legal Services in the UAE, to obtain compensation and immediately filed a petition with the insurance court under his leadership seeking compensation. However, the insurance company filed a counterclaim, stating that Abdul Ghafoor's injuries were not serious and that the amount demanded was too high. After examining all the documents submitted by the court, which considered the petition, it accepted the argument of Abdul Ghafoor's lawyer and ordered the insurance company to pay four lakh dirhams (i.e. 3 crore 7 lakh Pakistani rupees) in compensation.
