Compensation of two lakh dirhams to Pakistani national Usman Ishaq, who was injured in a car accident.
The court has ordered compensation of two lakh dirhams (1.5 crore Pakistani rupees) to Pakistani national Usman Ishaq, who was injured in a car accident within the limits of the Khiziz Police Station, through the intervention of Yab Legal Services CEO Salam Pappinissery.

On 17/10/2018, an Emirati citizen was driving his two-wheeler onto the main road from the limits of the Qazis Police Station when he was hit by a Pakistani national's bike. Both of them sustained serious injuries in the accident and were taken to Rashid Hospital for treatment. The court found the Emirati citizen guilty of driving without a license, without insurance and without following traffic rules and fined him Dh500 and released him.
Pakistani national Usman approached Salam Pappinissery, CEO of Yab Legal Services in the UAE, claiming that he and his vehicle had sustained serious injuries in the accident and that he should be provided with compensation. Immediately, under his leadership, a petition was filed in the insurance court and compensation was sought. After examining the submitted medical reports and scanning reports, the court ordered the insurance company to pay compensation of two lakh dirhams (i.e. one and a half crore Pakistani rupees). The insurance company approached the civil appeal courts against this, but the court rejected all those petitions.
