Family of Pakistani national Muhammad Khurshid, who died in a bus collision in Al Khail, Dubai, to pay two hundred thousand dirhams in compensation.
A Dubai court has ordered the family of Pakistani national Muhammad Khurshid, who died in a bus collision in Al Khail, Dubai, to pay two hundred thousand dirhams (approximately 1.5 crore Pakistani rupees) in compensation, through the intervention of Yab Legal Services CEO Salam Pappinissery.

On February 2, 2021, a bus driven by a Pakistani national, who was traveling from Al Khail, Dubai to Jebel Ali, was turning right when it collided with two other buses traveling in the same direction. The accident resulted in the death of Mohammed Khurshid and injuries to several others. The court stayed the case, finding that the case was not pending due to the death of the accused.
After the death of their only breadwinner, Muhammad Khurshid, the family, who was in dire straits, approached many people for compensation, but everyone turned them away, saying that the cause of the accident was Khurshid's negligence. Finally, they approached Salam Pappinissery, CEO of Yab Legal Services in the UAE, and informed them of their problems. Understanding their difficulties, he filed a petition in court, making the insurance company the opposing party, demanding compensation. The court, after considering the petition, ordered the insurance company to pay a compensation of two hundred thousand dirhams (approximately one and a half crore Pakistani rupees).
