The family of Malappuram native Fawaz, who died in a car accident in Dade, get 4 lakh dirhams in compensation.
The court has ordered the family of Malappuram native Fawaz, who died in a car accident in Dade, to pay 4 lakh dirhams (90 lakh Indian rupees) in compensation through the intervention of Yab Legal Services CEO Salam Pappinissery.

On April 3, 2021, an Emirati citizen was driving his vehicle onto a pocket road from Dhaid Al Wahsha Road in Sharjah when he lost control and crashed into the nearby iron barriers, hitting Fawaz, a native of Malappuram, who was standing in front of a nearby baklava. Fawaz was seriously injured in the accident and was immediately taken to Al Dhaid Hospital, but his life could not be saved. The police, which investigated the accident, registered a case and approached the criminal court. The court, which considered the case, ordered a fine of 5,000 dirhams on the accused Emirati citizen and a compensation of 200,000 dirhams to the family of the deceased Fawaz.
For further legal assistance, Fawaz's family approached Salam Pappinissery, CEO of Yab Legal Services in the UAE. The family, who were experiencing further hardship due to Fawaz's sudden demise, approached the insurance court under his leadership, demanding compensation in addition to the compensation for the deceased. His lawyer argued for this. Understanding the family's need, the court granted an additional two hundred thousand dirhams as compensation. Thus, with the intervention of Salam Pappinissery, the court ruled to pay 400 thousand dirhams (90 lakh Indian rupees) in compensation to the family of the deceased Fawaz.
