Sharjah: Prince Jose, a native of Thrissur, had been working as a salesman in a spare parts company called Al Nasr Al Dhahabi since 2017. As a person who had proven his excellence in his work, Prince had the ability to attract many customers. However, the company's boss, Biju Damodaran, was not ready to acknowledge his skills or treat Prince well. Due to this type of behavior of the boss, all the employees in the company were suffering from mental torture.

Prince was planning to quit his job because he was not getting consideration for his work and was suffering from mental torture. However, the company boss was not ready to get rid of Prince. When the boss was not ready to cancel Prince's visa despite giving him a resignation letter, when he filed a complaint with the Labor Department, the company boss filed a false complaint against Prince, claiming that he had committed corruption in the financial transactions with the company.

The complaint filed by the company states; Prince, a salesman in the company, allegedly received money from the customer and did not give it to the company, and the total amount was 185346 dirhams, and he also cut the CCTV wires to hide these. Due to this complaint, the police questioned Prince and released him on bail with Prince's passport. Since he had retired from his old job and could not get a new job due to not having a passport and having a criminal case against him, Prince, who was mentally exhausted, approached Salam Pappinissery, a prominent legal representative and social activist in the UAE.

As soon as the matter reached him, steps were taken to take the case from the police station to the court and as soon as he reached the court, all of Prince's arguments were submitted to the court through a lawyer. The arguments made by Prince's lawyer were strong, such as submitting an accurate accounting report if Prince had misappropriated the money, presenting some evidence that the CCTV wires had been destroyed, and completely dismissing this case, which was filed as a retaliation for the complaint he had filed with the Labor Department claiming that he was entitled to receive compensation.

Thus, the court, after reviewing the arguments and documents, found no reason to punish the innocent Prince as there was no evidence for the arguments made by the company owner. However, the company owner appealed against this verdict, but the appeal was dismissed and the old verdict was re-issued.

Prince, who received a favorable verdict, immediately received a certificate of innocence from the court and returned the passport that had been seized by the police.
