Two hundred thousand dirhams in compensation to Emirati citizen Saeed Mohammed Ali, who was injured in a car accident in Fujairah.
The court ruled to pay two hundred thousand dirhams in compensation to Emirati citizen Saeed Mohammed Ali, who was injured in a car accident in Fujairah, through the intervention of Yab Legal Services CEO Salam Pappinissery.

On March 10, 2020, the vehicle driven by Emirati citizen Saeed Mohammed Ali, who was traveling from Fujairah to Ras Al Khaimah, overturned and crashed into a nearby iron barrier due to a sudden change in direction. Saeed Ali was injured in the accident, the vehicle was severely damaged, and the iron barriers collapsed. Since the vehicle belonged to someone else, the police filed a case for vandalism and destruction of public property and referred him to the criminal court. The accused confessed to the crime during the collection of evidence, and the court sentenced him to a fine of one thousand one hundred dirhams.
However, Saidali, who was admitted to Fujairah Hospital following the accident, was transferred to Dubai's Rashid Hospital for specialist treatment. Saidali, who had to bear a lot of losses due to heavy treatment expenses, requested Salam Pappinissery, CEO of UAE Yab Legal Service, to provide him with compensation from the insurance company. Immediately, under his leadership, a complaint was filed in court, making the insurance company the opposing party, and demanding compensation. In response to the complaint, the opposing parties submitted a memorandum and informed the court that the vehicle was damaged and therefore the amount requested by the complainant could not be paid. However, Saidali's lawyer said that due to this accident, most of his client's body was damaged. A report of permanent disability was submitted to both parties. After hearing the arguments of both parties, the court accepted the argument of Saidali's lawyer and ordered the insurance company to pay Saidali 200,000 dirhams.
