On July 29, 2022, Zain Ahmed, who was riding a bike on the Abu Dhabi Corniche Road, was hit by a vehicle driven by an Indian national from behind. Zain Ahmed, who suffered serious injuries in the accident, was admitted to the Abu Dhabi Sheikh Shakhbout Hospital. The court found that the accident was caused by driving the vehicle without maintaining the prescribed distance and violating traffic rules, and the Traffic Criminal Court fined the driver 3000 dirhams and released him.

Subsequently, Zain Ahmed, who returned to Pakistan with injuries to most of his body parts, including his spine and knees, in the car accident, approached his father, YAB LEGAL SERVICES - CEO Salam Pappinissery, to get compensation. Later, through his intervention, a case was registered against a leading insurance company in the UAE and the driver of the vehicle for compensation. After submitting medical reports, police reports and all other necessary documents before the Insurance Authority, a case was registered against a leading insurance company in the UAE and the driver of the vehicle. In that case, the Insurance Authority asked the insurance company to pay 2,000,000 (two million) dirhams in compensation.

The insurance company's lawyer approached the Civil Court and the Court of Appeal, arguing that the injury was not serious and that the compensation amount was higher, but their arguments could not stand up to the precise documents and arguments submitted by the Yab Legal Services lawyer. After hearing the arguments of both, the higher courts ruled to pay the same compensation amount as the Insurance Authority.
