With the help of legal aid, a verdict was reached in favor of Sijin, a native of Kulappully, who was caught in a fake case in Sharjah.

The court verdict came in a complaint filed against Cijin, a franchisee of a leading telecom company in the UAE. Cijin received such a favorable verdict following the concerted intervention of Salam Pappinissery, a well-known legal representative, social activist and CEO of YAB LEGAL SERVICES in the UAE.
Mr. Salam Pappinissery also provided him with free legal assistance.
Cijin started working as a customer associate in a leading supermarket in the UAE in 2018. Later, a year later, the company management filed a complaint against Cijin, alleging that he had sold postpaid connections and phones to fake customers. However, Cijin was suspended from work even though he had informed the company that he had given the business to people with a good payment history. Then Cijin called the Labor Department and sought legal assistance. At the same time, the company authorities filed a case in the Sharjah Criminal Court, showing that Sijin was guilty and that the company had suffered a loss of 10 lakh Indian rupees. Later, the Criminal Court fined Sijin 5000 dirhams. Then Sijin approached Mr. Salam Pappinissery, CEO of YAB LEGAL SERVICES and a social activist. Salam Pappinissery took over this serious case and appealed the case by providing free legal assistance. In addition, Mr. Salam Pappinissery himself took over the execution, case period certificate, file taking, file copying and many other expenses required for conducting the case.
He was able to present the truth of the case to the court. The court accepted the arguments of the lawyer from YAB LEGAL SERVICES and found that there was no evidence for the allegations of the opposing party and acquitted Sijin.
